For the S500, there is special mapping for injection and ignition upgrading the engine management system with the Brabus B50-520 PowerXtra CGI performance kit. This tweak creates an extra 65 horses from the 4.7 litre 8 cylinder Biturbo engine. After the conversion, the S500 produces 520hp (512bhp) while torque jumps to 820Nm (604 lb-ft). It accelerates from 0-62 in a mere 4.2 seconds. The Brabus Vmax unit allows limiting top speeds electronically to 155, 168, or 186mph.The Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG has not one, but two upgrades available.
The Brabus B63-650 PowerXtra CGI produces 650hp (641bhp) @ 5,500rpm. Torque is increased to 700-1,000Nm (516-737 lb-ft) between 2,250 and 3,750rpm. The second power upgrade aka B73 high performance version kicks 730hp with 1,065Nm of torque. Either of the two upgrades can reach an electronically limited 202mph without working up a sweat. These are two of the fastest luxury saloons in the world. Brabus always takes the better making it awesome…..all the time. The B73 includes the Brabus Gold Heat Reflection system for the intake and charge air pipes. The stock turbochargers are swapped for two Special Brabus versions with a larger compressor unit generating a higher boost pressure. This conversion also includes a low temperature water radiator for the intercooler, a free flow exhaust system with metal catalysts, and 3” thick downpipes. Special mapping for the engine management system starts the adrenalin. 
Outside, special Brabus aero-body kit, Active Body Control (ABC) system with 15mm lowered ride height to improve aerodynamic efficiency, and 19”, 20”, or 21” Brabus alloy wheels that come with different options and colors complete the total Brabus transformation.
